Answer: Unless you're thinking of becoming a clown and the secret clown advice, there is never a proper time to trust a clown. Clown's are evil. Their disgusting fake smile and their never ending fake handkerchief makes me sick. The only reason I don't punch a clown in the face when I see one is the fact that their nose would make that squeaking noise upon impact. Stay away from all clowns and their little cars.
