How do I get cat hair off my clothes when I wash them?

Question: I have 2 long haired cats and they get hair everywhere, including on all of my clothes. But even when i wash my clothes, the hair doesn't come off. Is there a trick to get the hair to come off in the washer or dryer??

When you put something on, check it quickly for cat hair and give it a quick once over with the lint brush. I keep one in my closet on a shelf, and another by the back door. These things will cut it down a lot, but not entirely.
